Hi,
This may sound vague and my knowledge limited so I firstly apologise.
My company currently use a server (Watch Guard) for us to logon externally to access our emails and sales drive. Using Outlook on the server is difficult as it doesn't download images correctly and the font is small and dated. If you try to logon to Outlook (normal desktop) outside the server its asks for your username and password, on inputting them it still doesn't connect. However when at head office you can use outlook from the desktop with no issues what so ever.
My questions is how do I manage to use outlook from my desktop remotely from home? our IT guy Is unsure how to resolve the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Dave
