MicroSoft Outlook is not opening

Out of nowhere, my Outlook is not opening and is disappeared from my start up bar. When I located the exe file on my hard drive, I try to open it from there and it's asking me to walk through the Startup guide to configure Microsoft Outlook 2010. Any ideas on how to restore my Outlook to a working status? I can see the "exe" file at the following location "C:\Program Files 9x86)\Microsoft Office" but if I try to open it, I keep getting the following message as if I've never set up Outlook before "Microsoft Outlook 2010 Startup. Welcome to the Microsoft Outlook 2010 Startup Wizard, which will guide you through the process of configuring Microsoft Outlook 2010."
