Error 646 Office Updates = Download the Updates manually from the Microsoft Download

Center or from a Microsoft site and install them manually one by one and NOT by

Windows or Microsoft Updates

I manually downloaded updates one by one and still wouldn't update.

That is great but did you also manually install those Updates one by one without the

help of WU or MU
