First... My question: How can I delete a 'saved' Return Address in the

envelope template?

When I am in Word and I go to print an envelope, I have to use, or correct,

a 'saved' Return Address. (Someone had saved it before and it always

changes!)

(The migration: Word > Mailings > Envelopes )

Please help

Thanks in advance.

Normally when you type in the new return address and try to print the

envelope Word will ask if you want the new address to be the default. You

answer in the affirmative and the new address is saved. If this isn't

happening something is obviously wrong. If so you may need to repair Office

or uninstall and reinstall. Others may be able to help further without the

un and reinstall.

First of all... Thank You.

I checked. It was displayed to keep it as the 'default' Return Address and

the person answered 'yes'. Now the problem: Do you, or anyone else, have any

idea as to how to NOT make this the default Return Address, at this time?

After the fact!
