Microsoft Office 365 windows 11 install problems

I lost the use of my wifi adapter so I ended up having to do a system reset. That fixed the wifi. However, I now have lost the use of and furthermore cannot install Office 365. I have tried all of the troubleshooting aids that I could find. It seems to get 90% installed and then I get an error message saying that "something went wrong with an error code of 30015-11. I am currently paying for a subscription to Office. I am not sure if it is related, but the only other issue that I have, which seems to have no other consequences, is a faint message at the lower right of my desktop screen w
