Microsoft not responding to opened case for over a month; office workstations are not able to log onto domain after security update

As read in title, we have purchased a Microsoft support service to resolve the issue of workstations not being able to connect to the server domain after a Windows 10 security update, and several computers lost connection to the domain permanently even after removing this update. It has been over a month and no technician/engineer has been assigned to the case. It is filed as a "A" critical case, as half of the office is currently working out of a USB stick.
