Microsoft News app doesn't remember settings and account?

So, I'm logged into Windows with my Microsoft account. Now, I've got my selection of topics I followed and on the Widgets menu it works just fine, but in the News app it doesn't remember any of my settings. Every time I launch the app it defaults to Fahrenheit (when in fact, I selected Celsius everywhere) and my followed topics don't show up at all. I've reset cache, logged in and out, reinstalled the app and none has helped so far. Any ideas? I think it's a new bug.
