Microsoft NET Framework Error.

Hello. I was just installing Microsoft NET Framework because I wanted to try out paint.net

My current PC is Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-Bit.


The Microsoft NET Framework installs very slow.

After time elapsed, it gives an error message; "an fatal error has occurred."


Here is the log:
