Microsoft .NET Framework Error

Hello everyone, I came to this website to get some help. Whenever I startup my computer, after a few minutes a microsoft .net framework error appeares on the screen. It has been popping up for a few weeks now and I dont know why. Could it be a virus? Please help me...
