Microsoft logging failure and continuous loading.

When I opened my laptop, Microsoft offered me to log in to their system, then I proceeded with logging into microsoftand created new account, after all information was filled this loading lasts for 2 straight hours. Please help me. I tried all combinations of buttons from internet on the laptop, nothing worked. What can I do?
