Microsoft locking accounts

Why is Microsoft locking accounts ?So, these accounts (More than one) are getting locked out. These are NOT Microsoft accounts, these are local accounts on windows 11 pro (Active directory)Microsoft is locking these accounts for no apparent reason.I have a few users stuck as they cannot log into their machines. (Active directory is fine, as well as the cloud account) No issues.But they cannot log into local accounts. (Sorry, this account is locked. Please speak to your administrator" (that would be me)please help
