Microsoft Live Chat Wiget page resulting in a white screen

[Windows 10]

I have tried two browsers and deleting cookies etc. I also have no installed extensions whenever i try to get a live chat going the page is white and blank.the only other thing i have managed to get is "the request is blocked" followed by what looks like a line of code.I have now tried my phone to the same result.
