Microsoft is saying my password is wrong when I know it isn't

I just changed out my motherboard and cpu, so I am trying to reactivate Windows 10. I'm attempting to sign into my windows account in settings, and it has me put my password in twice for some reason. The second time is saying my password is incorrect when I know that it is. I go through the screen telling me to put in my email, then click next. I put in my password, then hit next.
