Microsoft Glacier Bluetooth Keyboard not detected on Windows 11

I recently got this keyboard and it is working fine on my office DELL laptop. Here I have Windows 10 installed on my office machine. The keyboard is not detected on my personal HP Spectre machine which has Windows 11 OS on it. All the bluetooth settings I tried checking, updated the patches on my laptop, still its not detected. I don't know if this is an compatibility issue or something is missing on my machine. Can someone please let me know how can I fix this issue ?
