microsoft fix for virus

I have a virus issue and called microsoft not only didn't he help with the virus but now I can't use anything like mrt or support assistant or reset or revo uninstaller or anything the security now asks for permission and a password. So if microsoft screwed up the conputer do I have to pay money now to fix all their mistakes. I've called microsoft again and again. I've put in numerous requests for help via the help.microsoft.com but no one ever calls me. Is getting the computer fixed by real people and then submitting the bill to small claims court really the only way.
