Microsoft Find My Device locked me out of my Lenovo Ideapad and Windows 10 is useless for recovery.

Like so many other people who have asked for a solution to regain access to their own personal devices, I accidentally locked the wrong device. Thinking I was locking an HP laptop that was lost, I accidentally locked My Lenovo Ideapad with Win10. NO, the laptop doesn’t have Win11, isn’t able to update to it, and I don’t have the option of getting new devices or upgrades. I have read all available suggestions and instructions on how to regain access, except every single option I select asks me for my Microsoft account password for the Lenovo and every password I have ever used is the incorrect
