Microsoft family safety popup wont stop

it wont even let me insert the image here for some reason. i sign in either with my pc password or by sending me a code on my mail but it just pops up again fev seconds later. i tried closing it thru task manager. this also happens every time i start my pc so restarting doesnt work either. i cannot leave the family as im not the admin. i cant study like this help me please
