Microsoft Family Plan - Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11?

I currently have a Microsoft Personal account individual subscription which I am running on Windows 11 that is due for renewal on April 1, 2025. My wife had purchased a Dell computer some years ago with Windows 10 already installed. Recently she received an e-mail indicating that Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 after October 14, 2025. My question is, If I upgrade my Microsoft individual subscription to a family plan subscription will that plan provide download of the Windows 11 software to my wife's computer without her needing to purchase a separate Microsoft personal licen
