Microsoft family features pop up when i try to start videogames even though ive been removed from a family group

So whenever i open things such as Minecraft or Xbox it will open a popup that says 'You need to ask for permission to play Minecraft" and tells me i have to email asking for permissionI'm not in a family group anymore so this is just strange and its really driving me crazyI have tried all of these fix's: (yet they dont work)Services Parental controls and WpcMonScv files disabledTried going to sign in as local account but that option isn't showing on my computerI blocked it from firewallIts disabled on task scheduler too!
