Microsoft Family can now be hacked, child accounts can be given admin through utilman.exe

I wanted to make you aware of the following video, I received a notification through Family Safety, that my kid gave himself admin rights. I reviewed his youtube history, and the last video he watch (and clearly followed) was the following. From what I can see, it damages Windows.
