Microsoft Edge always shows a blank page even if is not activated

As I said Microsoft Edge shows a blank page.

I tried to disable the blank page, from the Microsoft edge settings




As you can see I have activated Open tabs with: top sites and the suggested content, but Microsoft Edge always display a blank page
