Microsoft download problem?

one time i was trying to install doom through microoft and it keeps on saying something happened on our end the fact is i freed up space on my pc but everytime i do doom installs i cancel the download on xbox but i think its microsft store because everytime i try to cancl the download nothing happen does anyone know how to fix this
