Microsoft deleted, closed my accout, there is no way to get it back. Any ideas?

Hey i just got an email from microsoft that they closed my account, they said i need to make a new one. Any fix to get my account back? I had a lot of stuff and progress on it, i really need it back. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?
