Microsoft Defender Offline Scan Doesn't Work After KB5051974 Update

I never had any problems with Microsoft Defender Offline Scan until the KB5051974 Update, Now, when I click Scan Now it just hangs.And I also started getting a Windows Event 7023 error - "The System Guard Runtime Monitor Broker service terminated with the following error..."I wish that Microsoft programmers would leave well alone. If it isn't broke, don't fix it...
