Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Service does not exist

Hi, I'm trying to onboard my device onto Microsoft tenant using local script, but I get an error saying that I don't have "Microsoft Defender for Endpoint" service, how can I activate or download this to my pc ?Event viewer under WDATPOnboarding showing the same issueI am using Windows 11 version 23H2, OS Build: 22631.3810
