Microsoft Chat Support disappeared and Phone Support does not act// no help with reactivation

Hello guys,some 2 years ago, Chat Support was still accessible via my Microsoft account; I even saved the links, which used to lead me straight into a chat Window. Now, however, I am no longer to open the links (they just lead to the usual Support page) and even from the Support page, despite saying "Chat to an Agent", I am just being redirected to an "An agent will call you page". The problem here is, most of the time (even after hours) NO agent calls me. I was lucky enough to get hold of two of them recently, as, after a mb-change, my Win11 Pro is no longer activated, despite my key having b
