Microsoft Bing and YouTube are not working

So out of nowhere Microsoft Bing and YouTube are not working, for example if I tried to search anything I get the error Page: This page isn't working right nowwww.bing.com didn't send any dataERR_EMPTY_RESPONSEalso, for youtube when i open it whether from the browser or the desktop app it opens the home page but when i open any other thing any youtube i get YouTube's loading page and it does not change like this:These problems happen in different browsers.i tried many things like changing my Laptop's DNS or doing a network reset or changing the wifi newtwork i'm connecting to but it still
