Microsoft Authenticator on new phone

Hello!I have a new phone. When I access Microsoft authenticator the system I want to access is no longer listed.I have tried clicking on 'Begin recovery' but get a message that there is no backup stored on the iCloud account.How do I get the system back into authenticator please?
