microsoft authenticator, no option to transfer to new phone individual accounts anymore no qr code.....help

I just purchased a new phone doing the backup and restore, now almost all my accounts require me to reauthencate howerve on old phone where is the transfer account or get a qr code on the app, this is missing. help please
