I am using an iPhone. I had to do a hard reset at some point. After reinstalling the Microsoft Authenticator App, I am unable to sign into the app. I try to sign in, then my 2-step verification kicks in telling me a code has been sent to the authenticator app, which is what I am trying to sign back into. The other options like text and my other email seems to be not working. This is for my personal account. I have tried to remove the authenticator from my two step verification on my PC when signed into my account, but it will not remove. Does anyone know how to get the app to start working aga
