Microsoft Authenticator 2-factor request report

I use Microsoft Authenticator on my mobile device (iPhone) for two-factor authentication. Recently I've received requests through Authenticator that were not initiated by me. I would like to get a report of requests other than to my Microsoft Exchange account, that therefore do not appear to show in the My Sign-Ins/Recent Activity report. I am concerned the requests in Authenticator have used a correct password to make it to the 2-factor check and I want to know where those originated (i.e. from what application) so I can change the corresponding password.
