Microsoft Apps taking a long time to load

Hello,as the question states, we have Office 21 / 365 across our school, and it seems to take ages to load up any of PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.When looking on Process Monitor, it keeps saying C:\Windows\CSC\V2.0.6\namespace, and then sometimes with our file server name after 'namespace'There is an 'Access Denied' every so often from fileserver\useraccount\appdata\Microsoft\Office\16.0\4f2dc779\Proofing\RoamingCustom.dicI am an admin, and it loads with no issues.I am not sure how we go about getting this resolved so that these apps load quicker?
