Microsoft Apps Not Working

So recently a multiple amount of Microsoft apps have stopped working altogether on my system. I've always had problems with Windows in general such as updates not running well at all on my computer and gaming services being very buggy to work with. But at this point 80% of my apps are not working.I was unable to view photos and videos because Photos and Movies & TV would crash upon launch, so I had to install third party software to do so, gaming services will not install even after doing the powershell commands to uninstall and reinstall, it simply stops at 99% and reads "Something happen
