Microsoft Apps Loading and Signing in Errors

I can't seem to log in to Teams or the Microsoft store. Any Microsoft app is buggy since my free trial expired. After I would enter my working school email to attempt to log in, Teams Error Code - caa30194. "Sorry-we've run into an issue."Microsoft Store Error Code - 0x80131500. "Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later."I've cleared the cache, I've updated and reset the apps, I've restarted my computer. My internet connection is fine. And I am not running a VPN.
