Microsoft apps and services pop up window asking to connect to Google accounts won't stop!!!

POP UP WINDOW: "This will allow Microsoft apps & services to: Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail".I understand that this is a common authentication app that Microsoft uses to connect multiple apps and services across Microsoft with Gmail, but once you hit DENY, that should be it! Instead this incessant pop-up window from Microsoft continue to haunt my client every 10 minutes after he repeated chooses to DENY access for over a month now.
