Microsoft Accounts - Email & Accounts

Hi there, I'd like to know if there is a way to remove email accounts in the Windows setting - Accounts - Email & Accounts? I can see when you click on an email address it says remove account, however many of these for me are university email addresses which I no longer have access too. I can't even change the password on them to gain access to the email account. Windows keeps asking me to "Sign in with your Microsoft Account to conintue app experiences across your devices" however, it is a student account that I cannot access.
