Microsoft account stolen and lost very important Hypixell skyblock account

Hello Im not sure how to begin honestly im really depressed ont op of that.MY hypixel account skyblock MVP was targeted by a hackers and due to that its (I have a recipes for buying ranks on hypixel)They have loggged into my outlook.com changed eveyrthing and now when I want to log into *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it says the account doesnt exists anymore longer.Ive had my full name on it. When I want to log into Microsoft its also doesnt exists too. I think i everything related to this email was wiped.
