Microsoft Account Recent Activity. Multiple unauthorized attempts to log into my account. Help?

I have logged into my Microsoft Account to look at recent activity. There is hundreds of ongoing unsuccessful attempts to sign into my account. Should I be concerned about this? What can I do to minimize these illegal attempts to log in to my account?
