Microsoft account not found

Hello,Basically I used my account everyday on my pc, and I am trying to use it now but it says that my account doesn't exist anymore.The only thing I did different recently was log into my account to play minecraft and it worked yesterday, but now it's saying that my account doesn't exist anymore. I have no idea what to do. (this is on a different account)There is absolutely no way I manually deleted my account. Thanks.
