Microsoft account login loop in Apps>Apps and Features

Hi all,I have been running into a loop with my microsoft login at the Apps>Apps and Features page. When prompted to login it asks for my pin, I provide it, then it asks for my microsoft account email, I enter the same one associated with the laptop, and then it sends a code to my email, I enter it. All is good up until this point. Then it loops back to the enter the pin prompt.A Microsoft support agent said I had a corrupted driver and told me to shut down my computer for two to three minutes then press the power button for 20 seconds, or until I heard the driver repair beep.
