Microsoft account hacked, e-mail changed and then deleted...

Unfortunately, my Microsoft account has been hacked and my email address has been changed. I have already written to them about it and they have replied that they will investigate and help me to restore the account. A few days later I received an email that there was unauthorized access and my account was deleted... I then asked what would happen to the apps I had purchased, games, active subscriptions and files stored in the drive. Again, it was a few days before I got a reply, but the email was word for word the same. So I still haven't received an answer to my question...I find it a bit str
