when trying to log into my microsoft account it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." even though I have been using the account for years now. and if I try to make a new account he says "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is already a Microsoft account. If it's yours, sign in now."

Sign in says account doesn't exist, but then why you try to create that account, it says the same name is already a Microsoft Account??
