Microsoft account doesn’t exist, but i can’t get into my computer??

Earlier today, my computer shut down and said “HP bios update.” I’ve never seen this before but i saw online it can destroy your computer if you don’t let it run.When it was over, my computer said the PIN is no longer available. It then makes me sign into my microsoft account, which my dad must’ve created when he bought it. I don’t know the password.The weirdest part is, the second half of the email is “mircosoft.com” MIRCO. Not micro. How is this possible? How does this account even exist???? I don’t understand how this is possible or how I can even get into this account.

I cannot log into my account. It says it does not exist, and when I try to create an account with the same, it says that the email already exists.
