Microsoft Account changed the language from some parts of my computer and now it's in spanglish. How to change only in English?

Alright for a bit of context, I created my microsoft and google accounts using the same Gmail over 12 years ago, I used to have it in Spanish since I lived in Chile, a Spanish speaking country, years passed and moved to Canada, I changed both in Google and Microsoft accounts my region and languages years ago, didn't had any problems on my old PC, until I bought a computer here in Canada.I did the startup configuration (the forced Microsoft Account login to setup the system too, of course) and the overall system is in English how I wanted, but everything that has to do with Microsoft account, t
