Microsoft account blocked for 1 month because my phone number was changed.

I accidentally put it in bitlocker mode while looking at my computer's bios settings. I have access to a Microsoft account, but it was blocked for 1 month because my phone number was changed. I am a university student and all my information about to start my exams, what should I do on my computer? Can you please remove the 1-month block? Or is there a way I can handle it? I don't have access because I closed my old number, but I have access to my email and everything else.
