Microsoft 11 says Im not connected to the internet ... so I cannot login to microsoft and retrieve my files nor can I reset the device

Hello,Microsoft 11 says Im not connected to the internet after the latest update... my login is tied to my windows account which required interenet to sign in. So I have no way of signing in to mirosft and no way to get rid of it.Using any BIOS option requires that I am able to login... which I cannot thanks to this issue.This includes:- Attempting to remove the last update- Attempting to safe mode start / or debug start- Attempting to restoreI have wired the device to an ethernet and used wireless to try to bypass microsofts issue but no success.
