Microphone problems in Telegram desktop app

I'm getting desperate. It worked without problems for weeks and suddenly it stopped working. I've changed all sorts of settings, all to no avail. I use a Jabra Pro 930. I reinstalled Telegram and disabled all other microphones. I removed the priority for apps in exclusive mode in the advanced sound settings. I tried setting the
