Microphone not working for any headset

So today my computer microphone no longer works. I last used it last Monday on discord, have not restarted and no other changes have been made. Today I log into discord like usual and notice the mic doesn't work. Using Razer Baracuda X. Unplugged and went to wife's laptop and headset works fine. Tried another headset on my computer same issue, no mic. Googled and troubleshot the most common issues but everything was set right. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
