Microphone not working after updating to windows 10

I got my laptop updated to windows 10 and my microphone is not working now. I have tried all the troubleshooting ways, giving permission to microphone etc. Bluetooth isn't working as well, it shows Bluetooth not available on this device, whereas I've been using Bluetooth before the update.
