Microphone Enhancements is still not appearing even after downloading Realtek HD Audio Driver.

I am using the A4 TECH PK-635G ANTI-GLARE 480P 640x480 WEBCAM's inbuilt microphone. I have reinstalled the drivers countless times, yet there are still no enhancement tabs present. Please help.
